Cancellation policy
  1. Incidents and cancellations:

The cancellation of a guided visit or service must be communicated through E-mail and accepted/confirmed by www.guiaturisticodecordoba.com.

It will not be considered canceled until there is confirmation from info@guiaturisticodecordoba.com. We do not accept cancellations over the phone nor through whatsapp or any other messaging service.

Cancellations made 24 hours before the time and day agreed for the tour will not be charged to the customer.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the time and date agreed for the tour or the default by the customer will mean that they are not entitled to any refund. A total receipt will be sent to the name of the customer. We will consider it a no-show by the customer after 30 minutes of the agreed time to start the guided tour or service.

For emergency situations, we try to be ethical and professional. Contact us and we will try to reach an agreement.

  1. Jurisdiction and applicable legislation:

These conditions have been made in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contract, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and Royal Decree-Law 14/1999 regulating the Electronic Signature and any applicable legal provisions.

The parties will submit, for disputes that may arise in relation to it, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile, waiving any other jurisdiction.

Below we detail a sample withdrawal form, which you can use if necessary (you only have to complete and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract)
