  • The guide is not responsible for reducing the length of the visit in the event of delay by the customer.

  • The guide is not responsible for reducing the length of the visit in the event of unforeseen or unscheduled closures of the monuments.

  • The guide is not responsible for reducing the length of the visit in the event of extreme weather, delays, unforeseen events or any other event beyond their control.

  • The guide is not responsible nor will they assume any responsibility for any damages, losses, accidents or other irregularities, and in no case will they assume the cost that would result from any of these situations.

  1. Independent guides and external services.

  • The independent guides recommended by Luis Larrea Barroso (in case of not having their own availability) are autonomous and not dependent on Luis Larrea Barroso

  • Luis Larrea Barroso acts only as an intermediary in the event of recommending another guide.

  1. 3. Guided visits, tours and excursions.

    1. All of our services include:

      • An official certified guide.

      • VAT plus fees.

    1. Our services do not include:

  • Travel to/from the meeting point agreed for the tour.

  • Taxi, bus, any means of transport before, during, or after the visit.

  • Fees and comissions in the event of paying by bank transfer (these fees are always charged to the customer).

  • Personal costs during the visit such as souvenirs, drinks or food.

  • Medical or insurance expenses.

  • Other occasional expenses related to the visit such as travel insurance, non-refundable tickets or tickets, phone calls.
