In this tour, the aim is for the visitor to observe how the city of Cordoba and its commercial activity have been transformed throughout history by visiting its plazas.

From the existing commercial centre of the Late Middle Ages, located between the Moorish Mosque and the Plaza del Potro, with the resources offered by the Guadalquivir River…

To the Renaissance period in the Plaza del Potro, with its horse and mule market and its six inns; moving to the Plaza de la Corredera, with its shows and indoor market during the Baroque period of the city…

Next to the Plaza de Capuchinos, with the Cristo de los Faroles (Christ of the Lanterns) and the old San Jacinto Hospital building; and ending with the current focal point of the city of Cordoba, the Plaza de las Tendillas, renovated at the beginning of the 20th century.
